The aim of this bachelor’s work is to propose financing the acquisition of long term property for a particular company. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of the terms of the financing of long term property. The practical part presents the company and the acquired long term property. Further the practical part carries out the financial analysis of the company in order to evaluate the possibility to buy the company fixed assets and limits financing options of fixed assets. The work’s aim is to assess financing options and to choose the optimal method of financing.
